If you have any questions on your recovery, proper strength and conditioning, or how to integrate massage into your routine, we offer online or in-person consultations to instruct and guide you in the right direction. A private one-on-one instruction makes it easier to focus on your own individual goals by addressing:

  • proper strengthening techniques for targeted muscle groups performed in various modalities such as: light weight and bodyweight resistance and high-intensity interval training (HIIT)

  • postural and movement assessment to gauge muscle imbalances

  • self-massage and stretching techniques to use at home

This is a great option to kickstart your path to functional wellness. Our goal is to provide you with a strong base of proper knowledge and resources so you could, in short time, feel comfortable enough to continue workouts on your own.
